[Verse 1]
All I once considered gain,
I now count it all as loss;
Knowing You is worth far more,
Jesus Christ, You are my Lord.
[Chorus]
Jesus, You took hold of me,
Now I want to know You more;
Reaching forward, pressing onward,
You’re the prize I’m running for.
[Verse 2]
I am found in You, Lord Jesus,
My righteousness is not my own;
Mine is righteousness from God,
Through my faith in You alone.
[Chorus]
Jesus, You took hold of me,
Now I want to know You more;
Reaching forward, pressing onward,
You’re the prize I’m running for.
[Verse 3]
Jesus, I want to know You more,
Know Your resurrection power;
Share Your suffering, share Your death,
Then at last be raised to life.
[Bridge]
We are citizens of heaven,
And we wait for You, our Lord;
Jesus Christ, our coming Savior,
You’re the One we’re longing for.
You will change our lowly bodies,
By Your power that rules all things;
Make us like Your glorious body,
When You come in majesty.
[Final Chorus]
Jesus, You took hold of me,
Now I want to know You more;
Reaching forward, pressing onward,
You’re the prize I’m running for.
